Queen's Gambit | Slav Defense - Have I Learned Anything?

I've played the Slav Defense several times recently and I feel like I'm sloooowly getting the hang of the first 5 or 6 moves. I'm getting more comfortable with all the pawn pushes.

There is something really crazy that I miss at the end of the game. Rewatching it now, I can't believe the amount of tunnel vision I still get haha. See how long it takes you to spot my opponent's huge blunder (which I totally miss in the game).
