Bobcat VS Bobcat Cage

When we have to tear down some of our oldest cages, we could spend weeks, or months taking them down by hand, or we could ask Victor to bobcat them down. There was a lot of history in this cage. Not mentioned in the video, it was the very first cage that we filmed being built so that other sanctuaries could see how they could give their cats much more natural space using 4 x 4 galvanized 6 gauge cattle panels, than the traditional 11 gauge chain link fencing.

This cage was one of our original "interaction cat" cages which is something we stopped doing by 2003. As one of the oldest, its time has come when there just isn't enough Rustoleum in the world to make it a safe space any more. As always we will be re using what we can and recycling what we can't.
