Did you know that "inactive" does not "prevent" the voter from voting? It starts a time clock to remove them. As Leo points out, complicated procedures are in place to address these inactive voters. But lack of training could cancel these voters votes.

The questions remain: How many were incorrectly put on the inactive list? How many voters votes were canceled? And of those how many voters were disenfranchised by this?
