make a dozen smashburgers, the reason is that crispy exterior and set aside. I placed into a pellet grill at 250 degrees for 20 minutes, turned the temp to 350 and covered for the last 20 minutes and pulled and let rest covered for 15 minutes. Stir it up and enjoy.
