Here's my NEW updated fingerstyle guitar version of "Mas Que Nada" composed by Jorge Ben.

I was just starting out back then with finger style guitar, and so much has changed in my playing and recording approach. I figured an update was long overdue!

For several years, this song has been my concert opener and I've used the song to investigate my groove, tone and technique. I still warm up with it almost every day.

Tuning is Standard tuning

The first version I heard was the Dizzy Gillespie version with James Moody on sax, and my former teacher Mike Longo on piano. It's super groovy, check it out!
