TLDR: New favorite clippers but certainly not going to be the case for all barbers.

Pros:
.Light and strong: cuts any thickness/coarseness of hair.

.Fades well: can even do a bald fade on some hair types without using my 1/16 guard. Also doesn't miss much on the first pass, so one vertical stroke and a quick cross check will get a crisp clean look.

. Adjustable and easy to clean: the rotor is affixed sideways, making it easier to brush out hair when cleaning.

Pro/con: wahl premium guards fit in these. And you'll NEED them because the provided guards are cheaper and don't seem to be measured properly (the 1/16 cuts about as long as most other brands 1/8 guards)

Cons:
.The teeth are fine and widely spaced: this helps with clean cutting but the teeth really want to grip skin as well, so you need to be slow with a very gentle touch when using no guard. Even small moles or creases in the skin may as well be landmines.

.The rear backing is high quality matte plastic, but the chromatic paint on the thinner front plates tends to strip off quickly with regular cleaning. Not a huge deal, but your favorite color won't last very long, then you'll need to swap.
