This guide shows how to take down the first robot in The Callisto Protocol for the Terminated achievement/trophy. This is done near the end of Chapter 3: Aftermath.

To take out the robot, hide behind the crate on the far right. Wait there for the robot to turn the corner. Aim and fire at the robot's head as it walks away from you. This can be simplified by enabling Auto Aim under the Accessibility options menu and dropping the difficulty to lowest.
