fell ill the night before this session. I was thinking of perhaps postponing this attempt, but I decided to push forward, and give it a go anyway. Surprisingly, my warmups felt great, and I sincerely thought I had 190 Kgs. In me. However, no dice! I think if I was feeling better, and I performed better on the attempt, as I kind of botched it; I could have maybe acheived it. I wanted to try and go for 185 Kgs, as that would still be a PR of 2.5 Kgs, but I had no time to do so, as I had to go to work. Despite the miss, I am not bummed about it. I gave it an honest go, while being sick to boot! I failed the lift, but I consider this a PR for my MENTAL STRENGTH. Leveling up my willpower 🤘🏻
