This is not the prototypical audiophile cable debate video where binary extremes are espoused. It's not for those who hold extreme positions of absolutes and want to just argue and insult others who don't agree.

In this video, I discuss the problems I've learned with both extreme positions about whether audiophile cables make a difference...as well as share scenarios...including a recent one...where you need to have a more sophisticated understanding of all the parameters involved in order to make the right choice for sound quality, reliability and safety.

Thus, if you are looking for specific audiophile cable recommendations, subjective jargon, and absolute answers as to whether a cable will make a difference, this is NOT the video for you. I share what I use and scenarios where I was able to discern a huge difference, but also acknowledging the rarity of such situations and parameters to look for when these scenarios may apply to you.
