Russia is willing to talk about the Ukraine but insists on 'New Territories'

The Kremlin stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to negotiations on Ukraine but that the West must recognize Russia's 'new territories' as fighting rages around the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut.
