Where's the big fire in Washington, DC?

In my video, see the smoke across Washington, DC from a large fire in a barn on the grounds of St. Elizabeth's (mental hospital. I just can't get over that massive black smoke all the way across the city from southeast to northwest on the Potomac to the Jefferson Memorial and Lincoln Memorial.
