The charity Mermaids have recently been under scrutiny for the first time and have been found wanting - that's putting it mildly.
The NHS have stopped working with them, staff have been fired for being perverts, and a trustee resigned for having connection to paedophilia groups.
Why did people not look at this charity years ago?
