Building a Workbench Top with Torsion Box Table Top

In this video I am building a top for my new workbench that I want to be strong, flat and as light weight as possible so I am relying on a replaceable MDF top and Torsion Box Technology sub-top, in the form of a hollow core door, and it will help me match the size of my woodworking vice that needs to be mounted into this DIY workbench top.
