MindsetMonday - 12.05.22

TwoSistas and it’s MindsetMonday this December 5, 2022 (the first Monday of December). As we start to wind down this year, it’s important to take time to take care of yourself! Sometimes we listen to the cues our body sends us and sometimes, well, we just keep plugging through.

Our Mindset is always the key but how do we keep going? Maybe it’s something as simple as asking yourself a question. For instance, why ask why? Janis asked herself this question the other day and found the key was not to ask “why ask why” but rather to ask, “what can I learn from this”.

Cues, algorithms, Twitter oh my and yes; it’s just better to listen to the whole podcast!!
