Upgraded Russian Tornado-G MRLs in action in Donetsk area of special military operation

Russia's upgraded Tornado-G multiple rocket launcher system conducted combat mission in the area of the special military operation.

Footage taken on Saturday shows the complex carrying out combat missions.

The combat vehicle is equipped with an automated gun guidance system that allows the crew to work from the cockpit without exposing themselves. According to Russian Military representative it takes less than two minutes for Tornado-G to fire after locating the target.

The shipment of the Tornado-G and Tornado-S systems to Russian Defence Ministry units was announced by Rostec's press service on November 16.

"The 122mm Tornado-G multiple rocket launcher is designed to defeat artillery and mortar batteries, air defence units, rear facilities, motorised infantry units of the enemy in places of concentration," the statement reads.
