New Graduate, Here's My Best Advice For Career Development

If you're a new graduate doing some job hunting, chances are you're searching for the highest paying jobs in your field and are frustrated for not finding what you're looking for right away.
Here's some career guidance you probably didn't get: work, particularly a good job, isn't guaranteed as a result of your diploma. Everyone has a diploma nowadays, so what's really going to make you land a good job eventually, are other skills that you won't learn until you actually take a job, no matter how crappy, and start working and learning.
The best career advice I can give you, is to take whatever job you can get, without stopping your job search, and treat that crappy job as a learning opportunity, that will help you greatly in your career development.
