Nigerian ace singer, songwriter, and performer Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has slammed Nigerian rappers, calling them "dumb f**ks."
The award-winning singer who was recently in the news after his shocking comment about the state of hip-hop continues to fuel the fire that was ignited by his comment.
In his latest interview with a British magazine, Wizkid made it known that he doesn't listen to rap anymore because he believes the genre is boring and dead, a statement that has gotten a lot of reactions, including from Nigerian rappers like M.I., Blaqbonez, Ladipoe, Oladips, and others.
Following the reaction from the Nigerian hip-hop community, Wizkid took to his Snapchat on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022, to broke-shame Nigerian rappers as well as call them "dumb f**ks." in a series of posts. He wrote: can't believe y'all broke boys really thought Big Wiz will talk about y'all. Wow.

The superstar who is expected to headline a show at the 80,000-capacity London Stadium in 2023 also named Nasty C, Sarkodie, and Black Sherif as the only rappers in Africa. He wrote:
