$68 Billion Later… Ukraine Soldier Performs “Pikachu” Dance

A Ukrainian soldier went viral for a “Morning Pikachu dance” in a clip shared by the Defense of Ukraine’s Twitter account (@DefenceU) Monday morning. The U.S. has approved $68 billion in taxpayer money thus far to aid Ukraine in its war against Russia and Congress and the Biden Administration continue to seek further funding.
