Leader of Queer Humboldt Wants to PAY "Stipend" to Drag Queen "Laureate"

Meet Lark Doolan, Superintendent of an underserved school district here in Humboldt County has suggested to the Humboldt Human Rights Commission that Humboldt County follow the lead of San Francisco, who has recently initiated a program that appoints a local "Drag Queen Laureate" who would be paid a $55,000 "stipend" for eighteen months of service.
