Nilupak - Cassava Grinding the Traditional Filipino Way

We were invited to the most remote barangay, Patugo, to watch the grinding of cassava with banana the Filipino traditional way. No engines or equipment, just plain muscle power and an old tree trunk and a massive piece of wood as "hammer".
