The CGI movie Resident Evil Degeneration introduced the idea that Claire Redfield (from RE2 / Resident Evil 2 Remake / Code Veronica ) became a pacifist, and Revelations 2 doubled-down on that idea by featuring her and her peers from Terrasave - including Moira Burton , daughter of Barry Burton . BUT, it seems that wasn't always going to be the case - as a forgotten live-action RE project depicted her as a BSAA Agent alongside her brother, Chris .
I would LOVE to see Claire return in Resident Evil 9 - maybe even alongside Jill
