Reparations are coming. Rhode Island Just passed $10 million for Minorities. It's going to get bad

A few days ago, Rhode Island signed a law giving $10 Million for Slavery Reparations.

It' gets really complicated because poor white people can also apply.
This is going to be a disaster.
