This is the woman I met in a bar in downtown TacomaWashington.
As she was slumped over the bar with one arm hanging down, as sexily as she knew how.

And don’t forget what the ACLU did in the early 1990s by emptying our mental institutions onto the streets of every major city with only 1 day’s medication. Talk about it being bedlam on the streets.
