Orange Pecan Snowball Cookies

•2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
•3/4 cups chopped pecans
•1/2 tsp salt
•1 cup butter, softened
•1/2 cup powdered sugar
•1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
•1 tsp vanilla extract

More powdered sugar for dusting
Optional: Vanilla sugar

Mix together flour, pecans, and salt. Set aside.
Using a mixer, beat softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add orange juice and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Add in dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
Roll into balls.
Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes and roll in powdered sugar.
Dust with powdered sugar again before serving
