Citizens are tempted away from using cash, or debit or credit cards, and lured into Apps only, with convenience, ease, and financial incentives, thus surrendering all their privacy and self sustainability to the globalist cabal central bankers run & controlled corporate "government" branches, that in this way are free to usurp totalitarian control over all that the people can do, or not do.
