Artist Bio: Katharticus are a surf punk group from Dunedin, NZ, with an ethereal brand of experimental rock featuring heart-pounding soaring guitar and ukulele solos, and searching heartfelt lyrics.
The band is known for their mix of catchy rock tunes as well as progressive post rock instrumentals. The band has released the studio albums 'Katharticus', 'Metro Angel', an EP 'Blow The Comfort Zone', and various singles including "Wilson Parking", "Kathartica", and "Bird of the Year".
