ARRESTED cop goes full karen over talking

On 12/2/22 I saw these cops and decided to record them. I recorded this lady plenty of times, even 20 minutes before this and it was fine. She charged me with breach of peace and interfering from 30+ feet away? Breached me with no complainant? This is not Russia. Tell me what you guys think but I think this is a blatant rights violation. I think this lady needs to be educated severely on the Constitution and our rights because clearly she thinks she's a gestapo and we must listen to her or else. I'm a full grown man in America I can say what I want on a side walk and I can Def protest my Police when I see them. She also had my cuffs on so tight that it left marks for over an hr, my hand was all red. I asked them to document it and they said "it's on our body cams"
