The ECB wants to ban crypto. Says it’s to volatile and slow for any real world use. They go on to say that it pollutes the environment. Just to be clear the use of blockchain will decrease the worlds carbon footprint by at least half or more. Blockchain is trustless, meaning it doesn’t need third parties to validate if the information is true. The blockchain guarantees transparency and 100% authenticity. This allows for faster times for information to be processed and filed. The outcome is that now with blockchain all the waste and time and resources issued to validate information is not needed. All the paperwork and storing of documents will be obsolete and so will the people that get in between those transactions. The need for third parties with offices on every corner or in skyscrapers that need an abundance of energy and resources to fulfill the needs that a blockchain can do in secs are the real enemy.
