Dry run for FUTURE terrorist attacks?

Attack on two power stations was not an accident, natural causes, a conservative who didn’t want a drag show to happen. No it just could be a dry run for future attacks across this country.
As a prep per you already should have on hand, candles, lamps, flashlights, batteries, fuel of all types on hand. Plenty of long term food.
