New evidence emerges after electrical substation attack in North Carolina

Life is still on hold for just under 20,000 people in North Carolina after the attacks on two utility substations last weekend. There's good news, though, as the damaged substations have been fully repaired according to utility provider Duke Energy, and new evidence is bringing the authorities closer to figuring out who is responsible for the attacks and damage.
