How Often do you Post?

Good morning, ladies. Dotty, nice to see you and hear your wisdom. I have a question for you. I received this advice from someone. I just wanted to check it out with you because I know you know the ins and outs. It was suggested,
that I only post on social once a day. When we post more than once, our post compete with each other to be seen.

Never heard that.

Me neither. So that's why I was going to the woman that I know knows. Now, I can tell you that the different platforms recommend different things. Like, I don't think I would post on LinkedIn more than once a day. Facebook, I've been known to post three or four times a day. Instagram, at least once a day,
TikTok, they suggest five to eight times a day if you really want to blow up TikTok. So it's platform dependent . I've never heard of any posting that you're going to be competing with yourself because they all just go to your profile. That's what I thought. So I was confused. I did notice Laura Barker said in the chat, it is true for LinkedIn in general, I guess, about the once a day. Yeah. I would not post more than once a day on LinkedIn.
