Obama bill to install "smart meters" was supposed to save the country energy. In fact, it's a ruse to over bill you and sometimes burn your house down.

Some people have had their houses broken into to install these meters without permissions or any call, letter or email notification. It's being forced on us and we are already being billed for these.
