What stove for backpacking philmont trek?

I don't think that stoves that you screw on to a canister are a good choice for a Philmont trek. When i said the BRS 3000 is my favorite I should have clarified that I only carry it as a backup (2x and never used it). A wide base, remote canister stove is a better choice for a Philmont trek.
