Quick 3 minute snippet of episode 58 with Amber Jeffrey explaining how she learned she wasn't alone during her grief journey.

She is from the UK is the founder and host of The Grief Gang Podcast where she also has been on the journey of normalizing grief. She shares her story and what she went through after losing her mother in 2016 to a sudden heart attack. I'm an immediate fan of this woman as she is absolutely hilarious and wonderfully honest.

It was bursting out of me, I needed a release but couldn't find the right resource or outlet to do so.
