Psalm 2 conclusion

This is the final consideration of the Psalm that seems to describe the "authorities" of our world today. Not only the heathen or secular rulers but also the Jewish nation. Vs. 2 "and the people" is a reference to the Jews. In the latter part of this Psalm we see that what one does with "the Son" vs. 7 determines one's destiny and the Holy Ghost challenges everyone to "kiss the Son" vs. 12. We are approaching the celebration of the birth of Jesus and someone said "we are all innkeepers deciding if there is room for Jesus."
