Why were we never taught the importance of a high credit score? In this video I will be explaining how you can get a perfect credit score in 2020.

1. Know your credit score number
You can use free websites like credit karma, credit sesame, wallet hub, etc. in order to find out what your credit score is but make sure that you are not using a website that will negatively effect your credit score.

2. 5 Factors
- Number of accounts 10% - how many lines of credit are opened in your name.
- Length of credit 15% - how long have you had credit.
- Inquiries 10% - how many times have lenders run a hard credit check in order to see your credit history.
- Revolving Utilization 30% - how much of your overall credit limit are you used every single month.
- Missed payments 35% - how many time have you missed a monthly payment.

3. What I did to increase my credit score by over 150 points in less than a year step by step.

- I then put everything that I was going to purchase on my barclay card and at the end of every month I transferred that amount onto my discover card therefore it looked as if I was using both credit cards to the fullest every single month.
