Homemade (Vegan) Mayonnaise using Chickpea Liquid

In this video, I will show you how to make mayonnaise using the liquid from a can of chickpeas. Along with this, we will also make a sandwich spread using the chickpeas and mayo. One can of chickpeas purchased for 0.82 along with using oil (any type will work...prefer olive oil or avocado oil) will make at least 4 sandwiches plus left-over mayonnaise. Enjoy!!
