Rent Or Buy In Ecuador

The age old question rent or buy. My name is Ryan Wiersma and in this video I’m gonna explain the advantages and disadvantages of renting and buying. I’m also going to explain the three different types of gringos that come to Ecuador to live. And what I personally Think would be the better option for each type of gringo.

Advantages with buying your home you don’t have to pay house rental and you get an investment with the property. You also get a decorate your house your way. The disadvantages of owning a place he had maintenance cost. And also you lose mobility and you have the added stress of someone stealing from your place.

Advantages of renting you get absolute mobility you go to different countries and enjoy the beauty the world has to offer. Disadvantages you lose out on investment that can create passive income and you don’t get a decorate your place the way you want.
