Are we being culled?

One of our group presents stunning results of his research into long term fertility trends, which have been collapsing since around the mid 1970s. We look at policy papers like The 1974 Kissinger Report which called for population reduction and look at U.N. projections which show declining domestic populations being replaced through immigration.
