1 cup peeled chopped ginger
2 cups water
Club Soda
Lemon Slices
Sweeten to taste with sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, stevia, coconut sugar, etc)
NOTE: Don't toss out the ginger. You can add it to tea (hot or iced), cold drinks and stir fried veggies. Just refrigerate until ready to use.
