Clinical Trials are ripe for disruption

Clinical trials are right for disruption. In modern science, we use clinical trials for a means of profit. We no longer use clinical trials for a means to promote healthy well-being. However, if we were able to crowd fund clinical trials and allow the patterns to be nationalise are open to the public we could fundamentally change medicine forever.
