Former FBI Asst. Dir. Kevin Brock calls FBI use of Signal ‘careless’

The FBI used Signal to communicate requests for censorship on social media, but Kevin Brock says the method seems careless despite the platform's encryption capability. Brock added that any official communication of this nature should be clearly and securely documented.
