Homemade Sweet Green Relish. Part one. Lets get started!

This Recipe is for Sweet Green Relish:
8 Cups of chopped Cucumbers
4 Cups of chopped onions
2 Green Bell Peppers large
2 Red Bell Peppers large
1/2 Cup of Pickling Salt to mix with above vegetables. Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight to extract the water from the veggies. I choose overnight for best results.

Note: In this video I made 6 X this Recipe which in turn gave me 33 X 250ml Jars of the best tasting Relish one can make!
