Homemade Sweet Green Relish. Part two. Lets complete our task!

This Recipe is for Sweet Green Relish:
The Brine:
6 Cups of white sugar
4 Cups of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons of Mustard Seed
2 Tablespoons of Celery Seed
A pinch of Red Pepper Flakes 1/16 TSP

Note: In this video I made 6 X this Recipe which in turn gave me 33 X 250ml Jars of the best tasting Relish one can make!
