NEW: Video from our contact in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico tonight shows a lengthy line of migrants crossing illegally into El Paso, Texas and waiting to be processed. At the moment this was shot, there appeared to only be one Border Patrol van & two agents immediately on hand, Bill Melugin reports.
