Peanut Butter Blossoms
Ingredients:
1/4 cup maple syrup, honey or agave (60ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (65g)
1/2 cup peanut butter (125g)
1 Flax egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups oat flour (125g)
1/4 cup rice flour (37.5g)
1 tbsp tapioca starch/ cornstarch
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Chocolate topping
3 oz dark chocolate (85g)
2.5 tbsp hot milk (35ml)
