The second Ys game is a top down action RPG and was quite ahead of it's time. This title has voice acting and beautiful cut scenes to go along with fun character progression and a neat story.

I played this on the Ys Book I and II collection for the Turbo Grafx-CD. The sequel picks up immediately after the events of Ys I.

In this episode, Adol arrives on the floating island of Ys. Unlike the first title, Adol now has access to MP and magic spells.
