My Prayer for 2023: Gratitude for the Past and Present

As 2022 comes to a close, let me express my gratitude first to God for allowing me the grand opportunities to live this long. Over 40 times, I was near to death's door, suffering from multiple #invisibledisabilities yet the Good Lord rescued me for his purposes.

Over the pandemic, I was able to help or save over 2000 patients with prevention and early treatment modalities. And on September 30, I stood at the Sacramento capital building steps with doctors, lawyers, and activists to implore our Governor to veto AB 2098. Instead, he signed it. Starting January 1, 2023, your doctor can get license suspension or loss for misinformation or disinformation, a violation of First Amendment rights.

Yet the light of the Lord continues to shine. I know God will find a way. My prayer is that God blesses you with good health, protects the patient:physician relationship, and keeps us mindful of the laws that protect and limit our freedoms.
