Indiana Sues TikTok

This week the State of Indiana became the first state to sue TikTok and they did it twice. The first lawsuit alleges TikTok misrepresents itself as safe for children as young as 12 years old despite the enormous amount of alcohol, tobacco, drug and sexual themed content contained in the videos it hosts.
