Pizza Recipe.

A dish of Italian origin consisting of a flat disk of bread dough topped with a mixture of olive oil, oregano, tomatoes, olives, mozzarella or other cheeses and many more.
They are baked quickly—usually, in a commercial setting, using a wood-fired oven heated to a very high temperature—and served hot.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup (177 g) 110° (43° C) half-and-half
1/4 cup (60 g) warm water 110° (43° C)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cups (473 g) all-purpose four
1/8 cup (30 g) cornstarch
1 1/8 teaspoon (5.5 g) dry yeast
3/4 teaspoon (1 g) salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
